Coach Rental - $400.00 for four hours or $350.00 for four hours if using our removal service
Hospital, Coroner or Nursing Home - $200.00
Airport pick up or delivery - $225.00 (minimum)
Residential pick up - $200.00
OCME pick up to FH - $3.30 per loaded mile
Removal support staff over 2 people - $80.00
Funeral Home to Funeral Home transfer
Cremated remains - $100.00
Body by cot - $180.00
Body in Casket - $250.00
Wait time - $25.00 per half hour after reasonable amount of time
Decomposition Fee - $50.00
Obese Fee - $50.00 (over 250 lbs.)
Body pouch - $15.00 (unless provided by or replaced by funeral home)
Sheet - $10.00 (unless provided by or replaced by funeral home)
Gas surcharge fee - $10.00 per every 100 miles when gas is at $3.50 per gallon and $10.00 for every fifty cent increase.
Additional transportation charge
Any service outside the PCA (30 driving miles from place of pick up to place of drop off) will be charged the base fee, plus an additional $2.50 per loaded mile for 30 - 100 miles.
Any transportation over 100 loaded miles will be charged a removal fee of $75.00 plus $3.00 per mile.
To avoid any misunderstanding, Heartfelt Mortuary Transport has adopted the following terms for payment of transportation.
Invoices will be mailed out at the end of each month and payment is due in full on the 15th of the following month. If payment is not received until after the 15th a 1.5% service fee will be added to the unpaid balance and will repeat every 30 days. In the event that full payment is not received within 90 days of the due date and other arrangements have not been made to pay this account, it will be turned over to legal counsel and pursued by all legal means. Any and all expense relating to legal and collection fees will be added to the unpaid balance.
Heartfelt Mortuary Transport reserves the right to require transportation expenses to be paid in full prior to providing any transportation service.
For your convenience we accept cash, check, money orders and all major credit cards.
You will be assessed a returned check fee of $50.00 each time a check is returned by our bank for any reason.
